Who We Are
Communicationsfairly Walk-In Tubs is a referral service for homeowners who want a safer way to bathe. That is all we are. We are not a contractor, and we do not show up with tools.
Why This Site Exists
A bathroom can feel scary when balance or strength changes. Searching for help online can feel worse. Many names, many promises, little clarity. We wanted a calmer way to start. You tell us what feels risky. We help you reach a local provider.
We Connect, They Build
This line sums it up. We connect you. An independent provider builds. The provider does the visit, the measuring, the work, and the paperwork for the job. Any agreement you make is between you and that provider.
How a Request Is Routed
Here is the path your request takes:
- You send an estimate request or request a callback.
- We note your project, your town, and what worries you.
- We pass the details to a provider in our network who serves your area.
- The provider reaches out, based on their own schedule.
Availability varies by provider, so we cannot promise a time.
What We Ask of Providers
We look for providers who explain things plainly, give written quotes, and respect your choices. Providers are independent businesses. They handle their own licensing, insurance, and permits where those apply. Ask to see them before you agree to work.
What You Can Do Before the Visit
A little prep makes the first talk easier. Think about which part of bathing feels hardest. Is it the step over the wall, the slick floor, or getting back up? Jot down your answers. Measure nothing yet, since the provider will do that. Ask a family member to join the visit if you like. Write down any questions so you do not forget them. A good provider will be glad you came ready.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not install, repair, or remove anything.
- We do not set your price.
- We do not push you toward a choice.
- We do not decide what your insurance covers.
How We Are Paid
Being open about money matters. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a request is passed to them. You pay us nothing to ask. Your quote comes from the provider, and you should get it in writing.
A Calm First Step
Ask, then decide. A request does not lock you into anything. Send your details and see what a local provider says.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what feels unsafe in your bathroom. Request an estimate and a provider in our network can follow up. There is no obligation to move forward.
