How to Share a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Communicationsfairly Walk-In Tubs to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You may contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Communicationsfairly Walk-In Tubs went
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Understand that Communicationsfairly Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@communicationsfairly.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
