How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Will Talk To
Communicationsfairly Walk-In Tubs is a referral service, so there is no crew to meet. When you send a request, it goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the person or company who will contact you, visit your home, and do any work. Request a callback if you want to check provider availability first.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect simple questions. They help the provider understand your home.
- What project are you thinking about: a walk-in tub, a shower, or a tub replacement?
- Who will use it, and do they need a seat, grab bars, or extra width?
- What does the bathroom look like now? Photos can help.
- Is the home on a slab or raised? This can affect plumbing plans.
- Do you have a rough timeline in mind?
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Take your time. Ask, then decide.
- Are you licensed and insured for this work where I live?
- Is your quote in writing, and what does it include?
- Who handles permits, if any are needed?
- How long will the job take, and how much of the bathroom will be torn up?
- What warranty comes from the maker, and what comes from you?
- Can you help document the work if I need to talk with my insurer?
Costs vary by job. Walk-in tubs and shower conversions often run from a few thousand dollars to well beyond that. Get a written quote before you agree to anything.
You Stay in Charge
You can say no. You can ask for more time. You can talk to more than one provider. Our job ends once we make the introduction. Yours is to choose what feels right for your home.
